Terms & Conditions

1. Code of Conduct

Robotix Institute is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. Students and parents/guardians are expected to follow all rules, instructions, and facility policies.

Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to bullying, harassment, violence, damage to property, possession or use of drugs, alcohol, vape products, or weapons, viewing inappropriate online content, and leaving camp without staff approval. Students may be dismissed without refund for violations.

2. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians certify that their child is physically able to participate in camp activities. RXI staff may provide basic first aid and seek emergency medical treatment when deemed necessary. Parents are financially responsible for all medical care and insurance coverage.

3. Medication Policy

All medications must be provided in original containers with clear instructions. RXI staff will administer medications except inhalers, EpiPens, and diabetic testing kits. RXI cannot mail medications after camp ends.

4. Camp Activities & Media Consent

Parents/guardians grant permission for students to participate in on-site activities and supervised local field trips. RXI may photograph or record students for promotional and educational purposes. All media remains the property of Robotix Institute LLC.

5. Student Sign-Out Policy

Students under age 13 must be signed out by an authorized adult. Students age 13 and older may self-sign-out only with parental approval. Once signed out, students are no longer under RXI supervision.

6. Payment & Refund Policy (Summer Camp 2026)

All fees are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are non-transferable.

Cancellations made on or before May 1, 2026 are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 1, 2026, including late cancellations, no-shows, early withdrawal for any reason, or dismissal due to behavioral or policy violations. Tuition is not prorated for partial attendance.

7. Course Changes & Cancellations by RXI

RXI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its control. If RXI cancels a session, families may transfer or receive a refund.

8. Liability, Indemnification & Arbitration

Parents/guardians release RXI from liability for ordinary risks associated with camp activities and agree to indemnify RXI against claims arising from student participation. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the local jurisdiction of the camp location.

9. Policy Updates

Robotix Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Program content, schedules, and equipment may change while maintaining educational value.
